Core hours are 10:30 am to 7:45 pm. 9:15 am and 9:00 pm appointments are available by arrangement only; I reserve those for emergency appointments where possible.

Massage prices

30 mins - £30.00 45 mins - £40.00 60 mins - £50.00 75 mins - £60.00 90 mins - £65.00

For your first appointment I would suggest you book 60 mins, unless you have had massages before and know you only need a 30 or 45 mins one.

I know money can be a bit tight just now so if you are feeling better after 30 or 45 mins, I am happy to work at the 30 or 45 mins rate.

Your massage can be a combination of sports massage for areas of concern mixed with a more relaxing Swedish and hot stone massage after we have fixed your problem.

Guidelines for Time Allowed:

Shoulders & Neck 30-45 mins

Legs & Lower Back 30-45 mins

Pregnancy massages 60 mins

Full body (back/shoulders/neck/legs/glutes) 60-90 mins
